1. Can I use Hicaps for your services?
No our services are not covered by Hicaps.
2. Will my health care fund or benefit cover any of the cost of your services?
Unfortunately you are not able to claim any of the cost using your health fund at this time.
3. What is your refund/ cancellation policy.
24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If a booking has been prepaid, 24 hours notice is required to receive a full refund.
4. How many sessions is recommended prior to seeing results?
Whilst most people notice some changes after 1 session, it is difficult to say how long it will take to see results, as it is dependant on each person’s own unique individual journey.
