Infrared Saunas typically operate at a lower temperature than traditional saunas which makes them accessible to more people. The far-infrared light which is used in infrared saunas also has many benefits.

This Sauna is unique in that it it has openings for the head and hands. Some people find traditional saunas can feel claustrophobic or that the heat is too intense for the face. This way, the face is protected from the heat. Also by having the hands free, a person can hold a book or a device whilst in the sauna, to keep them entertained if they so desire.
